POE 2 - Dusk Vigil Ashen Staff Bug

Using this staff causes my game to crash, but only when I have it in hand, game crashes within 1-10mins like clock work. I really want to use this but I can't as it crashes my game every time I use it. Odd I know, please fix. I'm on a 3060ti btw.
