Viper Napuatzi stuck in Phalanx, also Alva respawn after capture

After defeating Viper Napuatzi and getting the "Rescue Alva" quest logged off without getting the Aggorat waypoint. Upon reentering Utzaal, Alva respawned and so did Viper Napuatzi.

Was not able to enter Aggorat without defeating Viper again.

During the fight, Viper got stuck in their own Phalanx, was unable to move and most abilities were unable to damage them. Bringing them down to the next threshold fixed it.

Yeah this is un-necessarily punishing, had to log after a hard fight with Viper that I finally won, and come back to see I have to do it again.
