[REQUEST] Remove the cost to Reskill

Dear developers,

the cost of resetting skills is far too high. I have no opportunity to experiment or try out skills. Especially as a newbie, I haven't played POE1, I have no idea what skills I should be using. Please give us the opportunity to try out the skills without being punished.
