Blasphemy + Decaying Hex

Decaying Hex does not support any curse skill gems that are a support of Blasphemy. Other curse support spells, such as Heightened Curse do work on this configuration.

Players can reproduce this bug by socketing Blasphemy as a skill gem, then adding Despair and Decaying Hex as a support. They will notice that decaying hex does not function when within range for Despair.

Can confirm. I tried impending doom, which works but decaying hex doesn't.
