Unable to purchase any microtransactions on POE website

Hello,
I have sufficient points, but when I go to try to buy any microtransaction (like a pet) on the POE website, I click "Buy" and on the pop-up, the button says "Buy Points" as though I don't have any points... I read on the forums here that others encountered the same. Any ETA on a fix for this, please? Last bumped on Feb 11, 2025, 8:32:28 PM

Just in case anyone runs into this thread and is still encountering this issue in February 2025. I'm actually still encountering the issue mentioned in this original post, but I figured out a workaround.
Add a bunch of microtransactions to your watchlist (over 100+), and then add to your watchlist the one(s) you're actually trying to buy. Then go view your watchlist (https://www.pathofexile.com/shop/watchlist) and scroll all the way down until you load every microtransaction (it's an endless scroll page). If the microtransaction you want is one that has to be loaded via the endless scroll, clicking "Buy" on it will actually show the "Buy" button instead of the "Buy Points" button. Then you can go and remove everything from your watchlist after you successfully buy the MTX you want. lol This worked for me. |
