PoE 2 Elemental Weakness Permanent Res Reduction

Did a elemental weakness tier 11 waystone and the -11% to all resistances appears to be permanent. Relogged and its still there. This may not have been the first time this has happened to me either while doing maps.

Nevermind, disregard post. In the tooltip theres an additional -20% elemental when you reach t11-16
