Poe 1 and 2 loading Screen freeze

At random intervals the game freezes my whole pc during a loading screen without any chance a unfreezing it.

I can't open the taskmanager, can't move the game to another desktop.
Weirdly enough the mouse movement happens at like 5 fps or so and Spotify keeps repeating the same second it was during the freeze the whole time.

Happened with poe1 and 2

I forgot to add that the only way for me to fix the freeze is to manually shut down my pc via pressing the power button.

(poe2) I have the same thing, I upgraded windows to 24h2, I think this is the problem.
