[POE 2] Fireball Skill BUG EVERYTHING!!!

Fireball with Scattershot, Unleash and Wildshards Support causes the game to slow down for several seconds. When it slows down after a few seconds the game progresses quickly. It is an awful bug and I cannot play calmly!!!!!
