Demon form crashing due to stat requirements

I've determined through testing that stat based requirements surrounding equipped skill gems cause the game to crash. While the skill gem is equipped and the support gem is attached the game will say that I meet the requirements to use them and I can while in normal form.

However, when the main hand and off hand become unusable during demon form the game seems to recheck the stats and crash if they are inadequate. I log back in and the game lets me play in demon form with everything working. Leaving demon form without fixing the stat requirements will cause a subsequent crash as well.

I have fixed this issue for myself by auditing my support skill gems and bringing my requirements down below my stats. This prevents the crash.
