How does one disband a guild as the last and only member?

We cant seem to disband our old guild after making a new one. Does anyone know how to get the leader out and into the new one?

I was able to leave as leader after logging into my account on the website and then logging out in the game and then back in. After doing that there was a "Leave" button in the guild tab of the social menu.
