Ancient Vows Quest bugged

My situation was that I completed the farm for both Relics and had them both but I wanted to get more look in my inventory and dropped one of the relics. After that I had to leave so the map reset and when i tried to go back to check for the relic, it is gone. I have tried clearing again Keth for the Sun Clan Relic. I was not able to find it.

My quest log shows the Ancient Vows quest to be on the -Find a use for the Relic process.

Could you please help?

yep i dropped the item but dropped it on the floor because my inventor was full im lvl 80 now almost and still cant finish the quest because the relic from Keth is not dropping anymore, cleared the area like 20 times and nothing.
