Game is crushing on both W10 and W11 for AMD

HEllo,

POE 2 is crushing everytime on my PC( AMD Ryzen 7 7700x + RTX 3090, 64 GB RAM) on both W11 and W10. It just closes when I try to play. I've tried all the combination of settings, also tried to run in Single core or trying to run using 1-2 cores, it is still crushing. Beside this, when I was on W11 both 23H2 and 24H2, while playing the game, the PC got restarted so I was trying to run the game with the HWinfo on and I saw some temperature spikes up to 95 degrees Celcius(please notice that I have a liquid coolant)

Now, with W10 it just closing when I try to play it, there are no more restarts.

Can you please advice me what should I do because it is pretty annoying to pay for one game and not be able to run it using a decent HW.
