The Burden of Leadership Tapestry Relic Bug

I am guessing this is related to the unique item The Burden of Leadership Tapestry Relic. When trying to enter the test of time floor (4th floor), the game would disconnect me and from the server with the following error message: The terrain generator for the client is out of sync with the server. Please create a new instance and try again.

I have cleared the trial multiple times and this is the first time i am using this relic, so I am guessing it is related to this relic.

I can't see the boons/afflictions the run has from the outside but these are the ones I can remember:
Affliction: Monsters have more action 25% action speed
Boon: 40% movement speed
Boon: Restore 40 honour on room clear


Relic effects:
Monster take 23% increased damage
5% movement speed
Bosses take 20% increased damage
zarokh, the Eternal drops Sekhema Resolve
5% maximum honour resistance
rooms are unknown on the map
90% honour resistance
90% increased maximum honour
restore 83 honour of killing a boss
