Cant use weapon set skill points

I have 2 skill points for each weapon set left and no normal skillpoints but I cant use them anywhere. And when I try to use them while having a normal skill point it uses that one instead but shows it in green as if I had used the weapon set skill point on that node. Dont know how to spend them now

Update. I just discovered that i can assign skill points even though it says not assigned and i have 0. I can spend as many as i want and can even respec them with gold . Even after i restart path of exile 2. Im on PS5 btw if that matters. I World like to send pictures but i dont know how i can upload pictures here from my phone.
