Poe 2 EA Supporter Pack Upgrading on Console

Hi, I have already emailed support regarding this issue a week ago but have not heard a response so I am turning to the forum:

I am on X-box & purchased the Vaal tier supporter pack. I am greatly enjoying EA & would consider upgrading to the Liberator tier for the artbook but…it looks like physical items are not available via the console supporter pack tiers.

When I try to upgrade via the console store, the price of the upgrade is the difference between packs when I try to buy a supporter pack from the PoE website itself, even logged into my account, it shows the liberator pack for its “flat” full price, not the difference.

There seems to be no way to get upgrade to get physical items as a console player without buying redundant copies of supporter packs. I’m willing to pay the difference to upgrade to $480 but not pay $480 on top of what was already spent.

Is there any way to upgrade as a console player to the version of the liberator pack that contains physical items for the difference price?

Same problem here but with PS5. Did you get any reply from GGG?

That’s a huge disappointment. I’d be willing to support you guys more but structuring it that way doesn’t leave any incentive to do so. Guess I’ll have to wait for the art book to be available on eBay. Bummer.

If I purchased the PC supporter pack would the MTX cosmetics be accessible on my Xbox account? If so, is there any way to refund the supporter pack purchase I made on Xbox so I can rebuy through PC & get the physical items that way?

I’m willing to go all in to support you guys and PoE2 but did not realize how convoluted this would be. If there is any way to make this work other than buying the same micotransactions twice, I’d do it
