A game manifesto and roadmap

I know everyone at GGG is prob on vacation already, but it would be VERY great to have a game/game design manifesto heading into the new year and a roadmap so we as players can know what and roughly when tweaks will happen in the future of the game. I am not saying we need hard numbers, but something along those lines would be great

i think its a bit funny that flooding feedback threads after threads, most of it will probably get deleted after reaching page 50. Im not sure if now anyone from ggg reads feedback during holidays, its a bit scary thought that most feedback might get lost before read.

This was a bit of a tangent on my part. Just saying in general that threads might need to be reposted or bumped after holidays.

Yeah, kinda expecting it to be just a rehash/mass of people bumping their favorite/their own points hoping that's how they get what they want.

For now, just enjoy your holidays.

Save creating a new thread, but holidays are well and truly over now...

So is there actually a roadmap for PoE2, or are GGG just winging it?

It honestly feels more like the latter from the interviews I've seen and the lack of any news pointing to a roadmap. Lots of 'well we thought this or that' or 'we could do this/that.'

I know they said EA would be 6-12 months, but at the current rate it'll be at least 2 years before PoE2 is close to 'complete' and it doesn't seem clear yet how it won't end up as PoE1.2 + WASD.

Even when they read they don't "read" -- I had a problem one league and many others reported the same.

My build was a power charge assassin in 3.11/3.12 -- it used 100% unique gear, zero crafting.

The damage was so bad, everyone said something is wrong... GGG "tested" and determined it's fine, then told us "you just had big dick deeps cuz harvest crafting" (nope, already said specifically it's not gear that's why I know something was wrong). Then they followed up with essentially saying "You're just bad, follow this streamer who plays a similar build" -- That streamer was in my thread complaining about the same problem.


And that was multiple responses from GGG, in which it was readily apparent they didn't read a thing, as I already pre-answered their assumptions ahead of time and pointed it out multiple times -- didn't matter.


GGG stopped doing manifestos because we don't like the direction they are going, so they fully stopped. All contact was severed in Kalandra, and GGG has not been the same company since.

I would say GGG is outright hostile to the fanbase and their "vision" is antithetical to having fun
