PoE 2 Muted?

All I haven't been doing is using your trade website, messaging people to purchase things on your website and now I am muted. There was one individual who reported me because I put the wrong item in the chat and I didn't get a chance to message him to fix it. Could you please unmute me so that I can continue to play this game and trade? I barely talk in chat I don't understand the issue here

This is frustrating as I cannot play the game the way they would like to, I would really like to be able to purchase from other players. I am unable to send messages.

why was I muted.....I reported someone spamming in global and I get muted lol. Fix please

Seems like the GM's are a little too harsh/biased with their mutes.
I am muted for 24 hours over literally nothing. I would understand not being able to use global or trade chat, but at least let us use the trade site to at the very least receive whispers so we can still get some currency.. |
