Hello, please allow the characters created during Early Access to have full access to all content even after the release of the full version of PoE2 or the end of Early Access, and please get away from the idea of banning the current played characters to a separate server and then must having to create new characters.
Because as cool as the game is. If you know that you have to start a new character after the release of the full version anyway, then you lose the motivation to continue leveling your character to the extreme.
At least that's the case for me.
I'm still on fire for the game. I love it. Megacool.
However, now that I know that I'll have to start a new character anyway so that I can always play on the latest server version. Then I lose the desire to make such an effort in Early Access and grind to get even better. Then I'll play this way and that, completely relaxed. And less than I've been craving so far. I'll have to start again anyway. So why stress myself out now.
At least that's the case for me.
I don't think I'm the only one who feels that way.
Please reconsider the whole thing and leave the characters on the same server and don't ban them please. Because I myself will not continue to play a banned character. You could just as well delete the chars you have created now.
Because according to the current information I have, you won't have access to the gold or items you've earned after the release of the full version.
So why invest any more time in the character? It doesn't make sense anymore.
Please dont do that.

You do realise that PoE in general is a league/season cycle game, right?
Every 3 month a new league/season starts.
If you want to play "standard" a.k.a being on the outside of season/league you will not get to experience the new content.
Every ARPG game has cycles...All Diablo games has it as well, nothing new.

No
Early access is going to have bugs, its going to have broken interactions, and its going to find out 'oops we shouldnt have made this'
early access characters will still EXIST, but there is NO reason to allow them to interact with the 'general' population. They have already told you, EA characters will only be able to interact with other EA characters : Now you can plan for it. Plenty of other games would have just FORCE DELETED all of our EA stuff, keeping it in a limited fashion is way better than that.
Poe (both 1 and 2) are heavily designed around starting over from scratch, and building up from there. This isnt changing.

I keep saying it because i keep seeing it, there is 10's of thousands of new players who have no idea about POE's rotational leagues that come with full resets.
Which leads a big part of me to say they will get so scared about these players leaving for good they will roll everything from EA to the official release.

100% agree I didn't even know it was a thing in games till last week to find out you get screwed over with every league what's the point of playing if you are getting knee capped every 3 months.

It's not required of you to do to keep playing. 15% of players play only on standard league never reseting anything.

As a new player to PoE this was my assumption as well. Initially I was worried all my work was going to be for naught but after a couple months and a few characters that feeling dissipates.
