how find this boss?

meet boss 1 time, used 30+ books

I've read elsewhere he shows up in about 20% of logbooks, but like the above poster, I've run about 30 books so far (lvl 79+) and fought him only once, so your mileage may vary.

I always find him in the Bluff map (the one in snow), but internet says that it can be found in any map 79+.
