Lost access to Early Access

Hello, this morning I see that I lost access to Early Access after 2 days of playing. My account is linked to Steam and I cannot login. See below:

I have the same problem yesterday I was still playing today it tells me to buy a new early access

Same here. Already sent a message about that to the support but haven't got an answer yet.
I understand that many people have the same problem and the game still under developing but we all payed for the game and would like to play. Thanks for the help anyway! |

Same here.
I've been playing Path of Exile 2 on Steam since December 18th. Since January 29 or 30, I no longer have access to early access. I contacted POE2 support and the answer was : Hey there, I am not able to see the purchase of an early access pack on your account. If you did this through a 3rd party, you would need to talk to the person you got the key from I am afraid. Kind regards, Rory Please help ! |
