"Your account does not have access to PoE2 Early Access" received from gift

Hey guys,
I got the game gifted to me through Steam, I can see I have both the game and the supporter pack on Steam and I have linked my Steam account to my PoE account. I have emailed support but from what I have seen they are running 3 weeks behind. Anyone got any tips I am missing here. Last bumped on Feb 9, 2025, 7:19:09 AM

Hey there, there may be the possibility that a new account has been created if you did not have Steam linked to an existing Path of Exile account prior to launching the game. It may be a good idea to double check if your account details here line up with the information on your Steam client.

It has been 45 days since support last responded, I have sent follow up emails asking what is going on.
I have had to go buy another key! If other people are in the same boat it might be an issue for the ACCC (Australian only) |
