Hi, has anyone bought coins from the PlayStation store recently? I bought 100 yesterday but didn't get them. I have confirmation of payment from PS but I don't have the funds in my game account :/ is it just me or does anyone else have this problem?

Hey there, I've made a small change to both your accounts, are you able to confirm if this issue still persists? Please also try logging out than back into the game, and opening to microtransaction shop to see if this helps.
If issues still persist, please email us your request at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this matter for you. Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters and the transaction ID of your latest purchase so that we are best able to look into things with you. | |

I think you have something broken, because today I made another purchase and the funds didn't show up on my game account. I have transaction confirmation from PS. Should I write another email about it?
