Upgrade to Warlord of Karui Support Pack But got extra points instead of t-shirt and hoodie.
I upgraded to Warlord of Karui support pack from 30$ early support pack because I wanted the t-shirt and hoodie.
I did not choose to opt out for points, and I was prompted to select sizes for t-shirt and hoodie as well as specify shipping address. I was also charged with extra $27+ for shipping fee. The cost of upgrade is $210, and I was charged with total of $240+ including shipping fee. I made this transaction through in-game but was redirected to STEAM during payment. Then after I paid through STEAM my POE 2 account got updated and I received all the cosmetic stuff + microtransaction points. But I receive 2760 points instead of 2100. It seems the extra 660 points is given to you if you opt-out of getting the t-shirt and hoodie... I also have not received any information about t-shirt and hoodie shipping details. I submitted an email through support@grindinggear.com about this as well as send private message through https://www.pathofexile.com/private-messages/compose but I have yet to receive any reply. Has this happened to anyone? The whole point of upgrading is to get the t-shirt and hoodie, but it seems swapped to points without notifying me at all. Don't feel bad. I didn't get the points, paid the shipping for the shirt and the hoodie, and still haven't received them. Messages in the portal and by email go unanswered. If I am never getting the shirt and hoodie, I at least would like the points granted and the shipping either refunded or equivalent granted in more points.

Same here. 240 EUR spent for a hoodie that I never got. I never thought I will ever get scammed... I guess you never stop learning. Certainly my last cents to throw GGG over... Hope your salary is tasting well

I have contacted support for about 5 times now on a weekly basis. I just did so now.
What the heck is going over there? Are you that understaffed to not prioritize AAA-customers versus "regular" customers? I have worked for years in customer support and I can assure you that the AAA-customers were always in first line... Never mind, I do not care anymore. Keep the damn hoodie. But do not expect any more money from me. GG GGG EDIT: Opted out? The 20 EUR shipping costs are gone from my bank account... Dont know what you talk about. I entered my adress and PAID FOR SHIPPING!
