Quest Problem

I have a Problem with my mage Name is TristansAlbana i started at Act 1 cruel im go to the Quest in red vale i got 2 Obelisk ruts but i killed the third Obelisk and got dropped the last Quest Item but im died before i picked up. I restarted the Game and Load the map new but I didnt get the Quest item anymore. Is there Any Option that the Quest getting resetted or somethinh Else.
