missing 300 points

hey, so i bought the early access key and got the game on steam, epic games launcher etc. and been playing it for a while. Recently i found out that i actually was supposed to get 300 points with the early access key that i never got, so i wonder if i could get any further assisstance here

Same thing happened to me.
I am still waiting for a reply from GGG. I purchased the one pack that gives a POE2 shirt, and Hoodie. Weird How I received these shirts, but they can't put the points into Poe2 for me, I have sent a Email to GGG, but I still would like what I had purchased. Emails being sent every Friday, starting 12-6-24.and and continuing Until someone helps resolve this issue, and I am not the only one that this has impacted, this has soured me on GGG. I intend to continue to send emails, until someone takes my points from POE1, and puts them where they belong. |

I had the same problem and wrote to support days ago and haven't received a response yet.

I have same issue paid for points and never got them. I also have sent an email to them on day 2 of release and still to this day have not heard back from them frankly its kind of sad I used to love ggg but when they basically steal my money and not reply I now have zero respect for them.
