Not getting assisted for over a week-please help me

it has been 1 week since my initial email to the support email asking them to amend my account's email address since I can't do it by myself, but I haven't been assisted yet. It is official over 1 month that I have messaged the support for an email account change, this customer service is useless!
We want to support and play the game, but this is out of mind to wait that long in order to get assisted :/ . |
