Act 3's The Matlan Waterways lever interactions are excessive
One thing I would love to see is a serious overhaul to The Matlan Waterways zone in Act 3. That's the one that has you interacting with levers (there are 15 total levers in the zone including the large lever at the end) in order to progress.
It's great that levers lower the water levels and reveal the monsters below and it looks cool, but that novelty is quickly lost when you have to perform this action over a dozen times. Further, the winding and meandering path you have to take, up and down ramps, from walkways and into canals, just to get to the next lever feels rather trite. I hope this zone gets some more love and attention. I understand that most zones are there for players to kill monsters, accumulate XP and collect loot, so I'm not asking for the size of the map itself to be cut in half... just the number of levers we need to interact with. Perhaps even more jungle sections could mix up the repetitive nature, or even a large open special zone for a boss or something. I'd rather have 3 large levers to pull in order to get out of that place, and have the areas that were previously in underwater larger, so as to let you explore what was hidden beneath, but right now, most of the combats take place on or near the ramps going up or down, and makes ranged combat feel a bit janky. Just my feedback. I wonder if anyone feels the same. Last bumped on Jan 8, 2025, 3:32:52 AM

Agree 100%. I'm sure however that this zone will be reworked once all 6 acts are out and it's currently stretched to compensate for the lack of content I suppose

Yeah, already by the halfway point when you face the map-boss it's passed it's novelty.
