I logged into the official Path of Exile website using my XBOX account and purchased the "Path of Exile 2 Early Access Supporter Pack" ,intending to use it on the XBOX platform. However, after the purchase,I found out that the service pack cannot be used on XBOX. I believe that after purchasing the Early Access permission on the official website of Path of Exile, this permission has not been linked to my Xbox account,If the Early Access Pack I purchased on the official Path of Exile website cannot be used on the Xbox platform, please help me process a refund of $30,thx.

THX,I have already sent an email to inform you of my Xbox account name. I used my Xbox account to log in to the official Path of Exile website. Since I am unable to launch the game on Xbox, I do not have any character names. It has been 5 days since I sent the email and I have not received a response yet. Thank you. My refund inquiry email has been sent out for 11 days without any response (on the third day, there was an automatic reply asking me to provide the specific account number and character name).

30days....I feel like I'm just a fool who spent $30, because I believed in their promise to reply as soon as possible and checked my email every day.
