My drop chance is broken. +one bug with boss room.

I’ve been playing PoE2 since the beginning and I’m faced with the fact that my account has a completely bad drop rate. As the story progressed, this was noticeable, but not so much, since many things were given out through quests, but when communicating with friends, as well as on their streams, I very clearly notice that my drop rate is broken.
Please don't take this message as a joke or whining, just watch the video.
Please look, this is probably somehow connected with the previous request to technical support (dated November 23rd).
In addition, I provide two screenshots, the first shows the drop from 3 rare monsters, and the second shows the drop from the main boss.
Also, to confirm the above, I recorded many videos in which it is clearly visible that for completing 4-5 maps I only get 1-2 blue orbs.
It is worth adding that during the time spent in the game (which is about 150-200 hours) I received a total of currencies from the floor: 3-5 exals, 20-30 transmutations, 20-30 augmentations, 3 alch, 1-2 chaos, 2-3 vaal orbs, 1 perfect jewel, 1 gem prism and 0 other curency. Even lesser jewel orbs are not obtained, maybe 1-2 pieces for killing story bosses. During the entire game I only got 2 unique items.
If I didn't have a lot of experience playing PoE1, I wouldn't even be able to make additional map mods. I am forced to receive all the current currency from the sale of rare items at auction.
