Issue Connecting Xbox Account to PC for POE2

Hello,

I’m facing issues connecting my Path of Exile 2 (POE2) game purchased on Xbox. Here are the details of my problem:

I log into the game's website using the "Login with Xbox" option without any issues.
When I try to log into the game using my Xbox email (patryktomkowski@gmail.com), I get an error message saying the password is incorrect (see Screenshot #1).

When I attempt to reset the password, I don’t receive any reset email.
In the account settings, I found an option to add an email address. However, I wasn’t able to add my Xbox email (patryktomkowski@gmail.com) because it resulted in an error.
I then tried adding a different email address, which was successful. But when I attempted to log into the game with this new email, I received a message saying I don’t have access (see Screenshot #2).

None of the attempted solutions have worked so far. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue or knows how to resolve this? I’d appreciate any guidance or support.

It has now been over a month, and my issue still hasn’t been resolved. I understand that the team is overwhelmed with work due to the game’s development and that support is struggling to keep up, but my patience also has its limits.

If you are unable to fix such a simple issue, I would like a refund. You should have no trouble finding my account details yourselves.

Please let me know how we can proceed.
