Is Customer Support in the room with us right now?

I apologize if I opened this thread in the wrong section but I am just want to see if anyone had their issues solved since launch by Customer Support. When you purchase early access, it's written on the purchase screen "If you have issues with this purchase, notify Customer Support" and the following e-mail.

Well, I've tried. Wrote e-mails from two accounts. Received once for each account copy-pasted message from a customer support person asking me to provide the exact information I already provided in original message and that's it. No response whatsoever since that point. First account got this response two weeks after, and the second more like one month post launch, and nothing.

First of all, why do you even reply with a message asking me to provide the info I already provided in the e-mail you are replying to?

This thing just killed my desire to play the game... ffs.

Inb4, the CS team is overwhelmed, they didn't expect that many players, give them time after holidays... 🙄

I have been waiting one month now. I got one reply though where I was asked for information that I had already, partially, provided in my first email.
45 days waiting period long passed. Nothing still. :/
