The optimization of this game sucks

When i run around in town or in map. im capped at 60 fps. but when i get into combat. i can literally hit 15-20 fps during combat.

Something is incredibly wrong with your game design or spell effects. i dont know after specifically is causing it.
reading all the forums i am certainly not the only one. its the same for mid pcs to top end pcs..

You don't put your specs, your settings, anything to help. I'm running the game at 3440x1440, 144 fps and it only drops under 100 fps a few times. So there's a lot more to know before anyone can even try to help.

Ive posted about this several times on this forum and other forums trying to get help. ive tried a million things. and not one person from GGG has tried to help or even aknowledged the problem. only other players posting that they have the same problem. with crazy pcs. the problem isnt on my side

Same engine same problems as with POE 1.

To have a cluster fudge of stuff going on and effects on the screen at high pace you are going to need a high spec system that is beyond the basic recommendations.

My system is pretty average and its ok for a lot of the game but if I hit a basic breach or delirium it gets choppy very quickly. Am planning on an update for full release and just not worrying about playing that much atm.

he's obviously playing on his smart fridge cause it's not a computer made in the last 5 years getting 15fps. I've got a pre ryzen amd FX chip and a 1660 in one of my PCs I use for trueNAS/media server and it doesn't even drop that low.

I noticed that i get huge network spikes where it goes from 6m to 400. I thought that my computer was stuttering but it's the network. Theres no way it's my network, this only happens on PoE. it's the servers.

on 1660 you right you dont drop that low you drop to like 28
optimization is bad in poe2 yes
