Lost account

I am contacting you because I have a problem. Due to a change of computer, I wanted to replay it and i lost all my progress. i've played it originally by Steam. I still have invoices for purchases made with my Steam account.Can you help me ? Thank you for your understanding.

Sure i've already send a mail to support@grindinggear.com yesterday with the same mail as this account.

I've been playing this game for some years with steam and it never ask me to link my account steam into POE account back in days, or i can't remember. I don't know if i've done the link well too. And i still have the transaction in my steam account, so i can show you the ID of the transaction itself done with the same account.
