The Magma Barrier is unusable and does no damage

The Magma Barrier is unusable and does no damage. Originally, everything was fine, but in the morning I switched weapons, and then I found that the level 21 magma barrier was unusable and there was no damage, but I gave the skill stone of 21 to someone else to use it. I also have a level 19 magma barrier in my backpack that works fine. All the ways to switch weapons, take off all the equipment, etc. I tried it all and still couldn't use the level 21 magma barrier. Yesterday and the day before yesterday everything was normal.
