Map mod % less recovery rate of life and energy shield bug
it seems like any time i have this mod on a map and it gets boosted by corruptions any healing i do with the flask is just sucked away and not just rate reduced like it says in the text

Looks like more of a visual bug than anything?
How much should your flask heal, what % reduction did it say when you're in the map? It looks like the predictive health bar starts at the full cake of the flask, but as the reduction attacks up it correctly lowers. Looks like it recovered about 250 hp, which seems reasonable with a larger recovery reduction. |

" the flask heals for 1546, no reduction other than to charges used the map rolled an 85% reduced recovery rate the mod also makes no mention of the amount recovered and it does not behave this way when it is at the base 60% mod so it makes me think there should be no reason for the queued up healing to be disappearing like that |

That math pretty much checks out. 15% of 1546 is 309, which looks like pretty much what you got.
Reduced recovery rate 100% reduces the amount recovered. Your normal life regen might be 100 per second, but with your mood you'd only get 15 per second. Flasks are the same. It technically recovers x amount per second, reducing that rate by 85% ends up with exactly what you saw happen. They should just update the code to account for that mod in the predicted recovery thing. I don't really believe it didn't happen the same on a lower number. I'd have to see video evidence of that too. |
