path of exile 2 early access key issue

I bought a supporter pack with 2 early access key and gave the other early access key to my friend he redeemed it on path of exile.com website with his steam account linked to it after redeeming the code it say "SOrry this key is currently unavailable please check back soon". Does this mean my friend cannot use the 2nd access code i got from the supporter pack?

Same for my excess keys.
My friend is unable to redeem the steam key I gifted to him. Is part of my 240$ gone poof now? meeh

An Early Access key should be automatically applied to your Path of Exile account when purchased or received so you will not need to input a key to gain access.
The Steam Client Key should unlock the Path of Exile 2 Client in your Steam Library, this does not provide Early Access. Do not share the Client Keys as you will need this if you wish to play through Steam. The team is aware of the Steam Client Key situation and it is being looked into. If they would like to play in the meantime, they should still be able to download the Standalone client here: https://pathofexile2.com/download We appreciate your patience. | |

yeah thats my issue too and checked on other complaints im not sure if devs are checking forum posts -_-
