Account locked with unknown reason & no support for 2 weeks

My account has been locked, emailed and got 1 response asking for character names and account name (which I dont know why since I provided my email address) from Mon, Jan 6 till today, has been 2 weeks.
I play from multiple places if that helps. But please check, why support is so slow, I paid for packages and been supporting the game since POE1, first time I encounter this after months been away from POE1, now POE2 and it got locked.

Maybe support team is busy? But message and email with no response for 2 weeks sounds unreasonable. At least provide a self help link/platform so users can provide extra info in cases like this to fasten the process?

I still don't have any reply from email. This is wildwest? why players got locked account without any support :(
When do we expect an answer? it's super frustrated to keep waiting without any reply. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only supporter here got locked, and I don't even wanna play this game anywhere else outside of my home - you might just lock it again with my new account, just wtf do something about it!

No response. And game DAU is dropping like hell. Job well done
Expect them to fix the problem in maybe 2-3+ months if you are lucky, if you are unlucky then expect atleast 6-12 months (And no I'm not joking in the least)

I read their update on ramping up the support team, but look like they didn't meet the standard :) so we spent money, got locked out, and not even prioritized I guess, time to just leave, touch the grass, and properly come back next year. I don't enjoy being treated like this, especially when I paid more than I should to just play
