Linking ps5 account

Google'd decent time, watched whole youtube, but still can't solve this problem :

1. Bought poe2 through console
2. Logged in to poe2 (through ps5) and successfully played it
3. Created new account on pathofexile.com to use trade functions and etc.
4. Went to manage account on pathofexile.com and pressed "connect" in sony line.
5. Got confirmation letter to my email and pressed the link.

BUT still :

a) Don't see any my characters in website (pathofexile.com)
b) Can't use trade system through website


Lost all hopes to solve this alone and its a nightmare not to use trade functions. Please help to find the solution.

Short update to situation : have written to support, but already 5 days passed and no answer... problem is still present.

Looking forward for solutions, as its though and unmotivated to play without possibility to trade or use loot filters...

And few links to forum, where I should seek for the solution by myself. Unfortunely, I am not the only one with this problem and no one found the solution.

I am sure, that the game support team should find some time to find the problem and solve it, to allow user use all the game features as it should be.

Should I understand that I will not receive help in this situation and just accept that I will not be able to use some of the game's features or wait? If I have to wait - how long?

When purchasing the game, it was not stated that I cannot expect help from support and that I will not be able to use some of the game's features...
