Thaumaturge of the Vaal pack no t-shirt sent

I've reached out three times but received no response regarding the t-shirt I was supposed to get with the Thaumaturge of the Vaal, which I purchased in early December. Can someone from GGG please respond. Thanks

So still nothing from support, I received an email response a week ago to which I immediately followed up on and provided everything asked of me. Then back to silence. Purchased in December, now we are going into February, seriously even Blizzard are faster to respond than this and that's saying a lot.

Another week passes and zero response from GGG. Literally feel scammed at this stage. Pay for full pack including shipping way back early December and received nothing.

Same here, sent 2 messages to support for the exact same issues and no response. I bought the t shirt pack over a month ago and no arrival or response. No way to check status either. Very bad service for a premium package and totally not acceptable.

Same here. Waiting for my hoodie for my 240 eur supporter pack. I wait since about 2+ months to get ANY response. I followed up like 5-6 times (once per week). About 2 weeks ago I just gave up.
I just told them that I wish them a of fun with my money and these were def my last cents I threw at them.
I also stopped playing and moved on to other games.

Sorry to hear that, Yeah quit playing a few weeks ago too, purely based on their lack of support. I mean I bought this back in December its almost 3 months later and nothing. Basically took my money and went radio silent, no response nothing..

This is a fraud. Why don't you get help through legal aid?
