full crash and can't play ! Refund

Hi,

After playing this superb game for 1 month and testing several classes, I started to encounter the big freezes that many encounter, especially since the Comet/Fireball/Minion build. The game became unplayable after trying all possible resolutions, 1 heart then 2 hearts less, multith off, fullscreen, with one hand and one eye etc....
can you fix bug an frezze? or refund?

Finalement j'ai arrêté le jeux pour le moment crash aléatoire lors des chargements.
