Didn't get my Liberator of Wraeclast items.

Hi, guys!

I don't know where to post this so I'm trying it here. Not sure if it'll help but maybe somebody had the same issue and may offer some guidance.

So I bought the Liberator of Wraeclast support pack, because I love the game and wanted to show that to the devs. It comes with a hoodie and a t-shirt. During the order I provided my correct home address. I did that almost immediately after the early access was opened to players (so around Dec 7-9th).

Since then... silence. Crickets. Nothing. I emailed the support, but got nothing from them so far, no reply. No confirmation, no informmation about issues, just... zero.

I live in Poland, sometimes shipping to my part of the world may be problematic, but I got no update about that as well.

Any idea what should I do? It's not that I want a refund or anything, but it would be cool to have the POE2 t-shirt and a hoodie. I saw some Youtubers with them, so those get shipped... just not to me. Kinda sad.

Any advice?

I am in the same boat. I ordered the Liberator Pack and still have yet to receive any update about my physical items that I paid for over a month ago and when they will be shipped.

I have sent numerous support requests, even up to where a support member named Patric was helping me find out when they would ship around 12/21/2024, but still I have heard nothing back after numerous requests.

It is sad for me too, but I am trying to be patient as both of us did already pay for these items and provide our shipping address and paid for shipping.

GGG, do you have any idea when these orders in general could be shipped, even outside of when we will get a ticket reply? Is there a backlog of these items waiting to be shipped out to people that have already paid for them?

Waiting to me really isn't the issue, I just would like to know if there is any idea of when these items might get shipped out to us that have purchased the physical ones.

I know what you guys are feeling, I hope you get it soon. My pack arrived without tracking a little bit under a month. They will respond on email,, that part just takes a while right now

I'm also in a similar position and have been waiting for over four weeks for a response. I have no idea what's happening since December when I placed my order.

Small update: Somebody reached me, asking me to confirm my home address and ingame character name. I did that. It was over 2 weeks ago. Silence since then.

I wonder how long it'll last.
