Account Locked and Issues with your payment platform
GGG im extremally disappointed in both your support desk and your payment platform. I got an random email from your payment platform xsolla saying they were going to refund my purchase and then my account became locked out. I have reached out to your customer support email without getting anything back in 24 hrs. I reached out xsolla and they are telling me that my account is locked out due to odd purchases and "Yet, I regret to inform you that your account will remain locked and you won't be able to make future payments. I understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, but this decision is final and cannot be appealed." So now im locked out of the game, I dont even know if the game refund will actually go though and I cant do anything about the other microtransactions on the account. So im now out $60 and still no one is answering me or giving me anything to resolve the issue. I cant even log into my normal account because its locked and I now have to create a 2nd account just to be able to post here because customer support is not responding to me.

Ya, Im on day 7 of no one replying.
They locked my account... asked for steam ID... and im still waiting... I bought their most expensive support pack too. SO PISSED LOL |

I feel you bro. Have been locked out even tho i had access. worst support ever. Goin from site to site to not recommend any game from this crappy data leaking company.
