POE2 Support

Hey GGG support team!

I bought the $60 support pack because I wanted to gift my friend early access and get cosmetics. That part worked out great, but I purchased the "Exile's Stash Bundle" on the 4th with my credits and I'm now really regretting it. I'm realizing that I ended up paying more points than just buying the tabs outright since they're on sale, and visually the quad tab is hard for me to see since I play on my laptop. I wanted to reach out and see if it was possible to to a return so I can get my points back and individually buy the tabs that I want. I sent this request on the 4th and waited until the 15th where I got a response and they asked for more info. I replied in around 30 minutes but sadly I still haven't been reached out to yet after sending the info. Stash tabs are on sale yet again and I'm HURTING for space and would love to be able to get the points back in time for the sale which ends January 27th.

I know the team is super slammed, but an answer by the end of the day Friday as to whether this can be returned so that I can get them individually would be appreciated.
