Shop Problem

I tried to buy the currency stash tab once but it kept telling me transaction failed or order failed. Then i tried again and nothing happend.
I closed the game and tried to purchase but i already had 2 currency stash in my stash but i wanted only 1.
Can i have a refund and get deleted the extra currency stash please?
Bu the way after that accident the website went in maintenance today.

So after 11days of waiting i didn't get an help to resolve the problem.
There was a guy named "Patric" messaged me once asking my credentials of the game, after i replied he didn't text back after 9 days of waiting.


Can i please have a help???

26 days total had passed and still no respond from the team GGG.

Can anyone of the staff please help us?
