My Account was Hacked

yesterday and today the hacker is logging into my account and playing, he changed my primary login and I can access the game only through Steam, as he changed the email and password that I usually enter, I come here again to ask for help to recover my account because today It's in the hands of a hacker, I've had my account for a long time because I played Path of Exile 1 for years, please help me recover my account.

They not only will not do ANYTHING about it. They will lock your account after you e-mail them and then not answer for weeks or even months. This is a joke of a company, they are destroying everything they built since POE1.

I've been sending emails all this time and no one helps me, no one gives me a solution to recover my account from the hacker, I paid to enter the game in early access, it's a shame no one helps me
