Account/Merging accounts help.

I have a steam account and a path of exile account, I did not realize that i cant use my Poe1 micro transaction on my steam acccount? i have both of them linked together though the website. is there a way to fully merge both of them into one? or do i have to rebuy my micro transaction on my steam account?
