Time-lost cache, spectrum cache, The last flame Relic

Does anyone know if the drops/appearance of this items have being lowered?

I understand the last flame relic should be very rare but last week I did some Trials of sekhemas and found Time-lost cache or spectrum cache per trial, between yesterday and today I did about 15 trials and only found 2 time-lost caches

spectrum is like 1/30
time lost is probably around 1/5

I have found 3 last flame and 5 spectrum and I was doing alot of carries with 150+% relic quant.
