Locked Out of My Account for 1.5 Months (No Response)
Is there any way to report a business for incompetence and data privacy concerns in NZ?
This hack resulted in multiple fraudulent transactions to my payment method for POE2, my account is via Steam and I also have 2FA so there's no way the hacker should have been able to access my payment method with any semi-competent security team. My account got locked after I charged back these transactions. I get it, mistakes happen, but the support team has been completely non-responsive and I haven't been provided an estimate on when I can get my POE2 account back. Paid $30 to support the game and haven't felt this angry about how a company treats their customers in a very long time.
