Still waiting for email reponse

Hello, I don't want to seem impatient but I know people who emailed weeks after I initially emailed and have responses - I am still yet to receive a response.

I emailed 4 times now just in case I provided wrong information or didn't explain the issue properly.

Please can I get a refund on the items I bought please so I can actually use the gold on something that's available in the game, would kindly appreciate it.

Ive emailed over 1 month ago and havent heard anything. It keeps giving me failure notices that they cant even recive emails anymore!

There are people who've emailed 2/3 months ago still waiting for responses and someone who literally emailed 3 weeks ago gets a response within 2 weeks...

My request is incredibly simple too, it's a 5 minute solution that requires no further correspondence.

And I can't just pull refund dispute because then my account gets banned and I lose everything...

I made an accidental purchase for a hideout and purchased some stuff that according to the API was migrated in POE2 after the purchase they items are in-game but do not function as intended.

Please can I just have my refund for coins..

Still awaiting a response for accidental purchases. It's actually infuriating at this point and there's so many other users having issues or just even getting into their accounts which I couldn't imagine the frustration..

Please just refund these purchases to my mtx coin please. This is literally all I am asking as the API was incorrect on which items are in the game migrated.

The Hideout was an accidental purchase, I clicked the window and it double clicked there wasn't even a confirmation. This hideout wasn't even in the API so there was zero intention of buying it.
