PS5 bought points not available

Wantend to buy more stash so I bought the 100 points Pack on playstation. Unfortunately it has already been 2 1/2 hours but they don't show ingame.
Is that a known issue? How long do I have to wait? I am afraid of missing the sale. Last bumped on Feb 6, 2025, 7:44:13 PM

Assuming that the sale reset is the same for Playstation, you should have another 26 hours from now (the weekend sale will reset at 7pm EST Monday Jan 27 or midnight UTC). If you purchased the pack but you are delayed from using your points, you could speak to support (be prepared to wait as they have been swamped).
Be aware that mtx are not shareable between Playstation and other platforms. | |

I'm currently 3 days since I bought 200 points from ps store and still not received this isn't the 1st time this has happened and the last time ggg told me it wasn't their issue and washed their hands of it and playstation said it's a ggg issue since playstation don't refund for in-game currency so I was left out of pocket

Update I received a reply asking for my username and a couple of my characters names along with the transaction id after sending the details and stating it was a playstation purchase I've received no reply for day's |

Something similar happened to me earlier after i brought points in the poe2 mtx store. After a few hours of nothing and no 2nd reply by support on progress or something, i logged into poe1 and went to the mtx store, went to the buy points section, and after a second the store flashed and then my points updated, then used them in poe2.
If this is what caused my points to finally register, maybe there's something weird happening here. (playstation btw) |
